Unless we have a question about your order or cannot place part or all of it, we will not contact you.

We work diligently to get you the best possible product, to our exacting standards, and your specific desires; all of that takes time and attention to detail. Orders that are placed after 10am, may take until the following day to be confirmed because we require each order to be approved by one of our masterful pastry chefs. Most of them are gone for the day by 9am. Our amazing pastry team works in the wee hours of the morning to bring us their magical line of pastries.
