Due to the high volume of our holiday baking, we will have a very limited number of loaf breads for retail sale. To insure you get the breads you desire, please add orders for Scali, Cracked Wheat, Baguettes, and Sourdough.  We will not be baking Demi Baguette, Focaccia, Pretzel, Multigrain, or Brioche the week of Thanksgiving.
